Savin provided energy-performance contract-related services to the owner in addition to construction management. The energy component of the project included window replacement and electrical upgrades.

The project was coordinated with the construction of a new science lab addition and music addition at the Middle School/High School. Boilers were also replaced and mechanical upgrades were implemented throughout the facility.
